Lack of rain
The unusual weather has been companion with a lack of rain, which usually occurs during the winter seasons. The lack of rain may be due to it being missed rather than actually liquifying into falling droplets, which is undoubtedly more dangerous for the general population, as it obstructs the sight of drivers and many others walking.
