Future Condor Night at Cal High

On the evening of March 21, the rain cleared just in time for another outstanding Future Condor Night at Cal High. Hundreds of soon-to-be freshmen and their families had the opportunity to meet the administration, learn about academies, and visit club and sport reps on a chilly spring evening.
As students entered the campus, they were greeted by our outstanding cheer team companied by the talented entertainment unit. They headed into the gym and got the special treat of watching colorguard, band, and our cheerleaders perform.
At 6:30, the future Condors came outside to the large quad. Several clubs, sports, and organizations had set up outside, ready to welcome the students and convince them to join their cause.

Programs such as Puente and Scholars held separate meetings inside the cafeteria and Mrs. Davies’ classroom H3. Nest News also set up their own table, complete with laptops to showcase our journalism.

There were also performances in the Large Quad by our band, choir, and PG!

It was a great night to see the rain go away, and everyone can’t wait to see these eighth graders come back to Cal and get involved in all the awesome clubs we have!
