On the 13 of March, Class Council elections took place, the students of Cal High have elected the following students to be members of the Sophomore Student Council :

President: Gabriel Garcia

Vice President: Michael Moran

Secretary/ Treasurer: Alexa Hernandez

On a personal interview, Gabriel Garcia said that Class Council is something that he has always gravitated to and that it has always been a passion of his. Gabriel has been involved in Class council since elementary school. He has always enjoyed seeing all of the school events put together at different stages. He really looks forward to making improvements for students such as getting the students more involved and informed on events and as he said in his speech he will be committed to giving students a voice and making their ideas conveyed. His main focus will be making students opinions be heard.
